Fishsticks Fortnite Phone Holder review - "Super fun design for Fortnite fans"

Cable Guys are always releasing new phone and controller stands that can really match any sort of geek culture that you are interested in! With Fortnite being such a popular game, it's no surprise that they have created these interesting little statues based on officially licensed characters.

The Fishsticks character is a Rare outfit that can be purchased in the shop individually or as a part of the Fishstick Bundle, if you want a few of the different styles. I first discovered this character through a viral Fishy-On-Me song, which had the character dancing around, before even realising that it was a part of Fortnite itself. There's a LEGO version of this character also in Fortnite, as well as a Fall Guy Bean version in Fall Guys.

This Cable Guys holder can easily hold your mobile phone or gaming controller, adding a quirky bit of elevation when it comes to your home decor. I do feel that this specific stand isn't quite designed for phones, as with my phone, I cannot actually see the face on Fishstick, and can only see his long arms, fingers, and the top of his hat. I do wish I could see more of the character!

With that said, the Fishsticks Fortnite Phone Holder is well moulded and designed. There is a lot of good colour and great cut when it comes to the actual character itself. It's clearly something that was well designed - it just doesn't feel large enough for modern phones, but I do feel if the character's arms were longer, the whole thing might look funny!

It is worth mentioning that as the phone holder is officially licensed, it does come with a code for an in-game item listed as a Black Violet Wrap. Though this isn't a funny character like Fishstick, it's nice to get a little bonus code too.
