Enhypen World Eternal Moment is the next release to bring a K-Pop boyband to mobile

I think it's fair to say the world of K-Pop has made a big mark on mobile. It's almost a natural extension of these brands after all, considering that they already reach out to the modern generation via social media and the internet. Now, the latest band to make the leap into the world of mobile gaming is Enhypen.

That's because Enhypen World: Eternal Moment has just been announced by TakeOne Company in collaboration with Belift Lab. You may recognise TakeOne from their work on Blackpink The Game, BTS World and NCT Zone, so it's safe to say the company has quite the pedigree when it comes to K-Pop.

While they may not be as well-known outside of South Korea as something like supergroup BTS, that's not to downplay Enhypen's popularity. Having their own presence on the global charts means it makes a great deal of sense to bring the band to mobile.

Know and know-nots

Of course, right now it's early doors. Such early doors, in fact, that we don't really know all that much about what Enhypen World: Eternal Moment is all about. According to TakeOne, Enhypen World is going to be a cinematic adventure game, which opens up a whole number of possibilities when it releases in late 2025.

For the moment, then, there's not much to do except speculate. But considering how often K-Pop spin-offs have focused on cosier fare such as cooking and the occasional bit of detective work, it's intriguing to see something aimed at being more action-oriented. Changing audience, or changing times? We'll have to wait and see.
